Fire radio are promoting the event, on air and across their social media in the run up to the event. Fire radio have over 56,000 listeners across Bournemouth and Poole. Their street team will also be attending the event, with live coverage on social media platforms.
All logo and adverts must be received within 10 working days of payment being received. 150 Leaflets for 2020 event goody bags must also be posted/given to Kathryn (branch leader) within 14 days of purchasing the Sponsorship package. Social media coverage will include business page links and website links. A premium sized stall at the event is 6m x 3m (supply your own table/gazebo as required.)
No refunds given on Sponsorship packages.
As a stall holder you must supply Public Liability Insurance confirmation of £5 million within 48 hours of booking. You will also need to complete a standard risk assessment form, which will be sent over to you.
