General Notes
1. Items are usually sent out within the specified lead time in our listings but often we can supply quicker but please ask before ordering.
2. Love Heart Sweets have a best before date between 15 to 18 months and the ingredients are available upon request, each mini pack contains 7 assorted sweets and the size is 34mm x 20mm round.
3. Chocolates have a best before between 10 and 14 Months and the ingredients are available upon request
4. Polo Mints have a best before between 10 and 14 Months and the ingredients are available upon request
5. Dates – If the design has a date then this will always be displayed as a full date format (12th December 2019), even if you supply this in a different format, you can specify a cetain format but please indicate this on your order.
6. Delivery is made by Royal Mail depending upon the size, we will chose the best method and default is 2nd Class for items 24 and under and 2nd class SIGNED for items above 24, both with the option to upgrade during checkout to 1st Class Signed or Express.
7. Discounts are available on larger orders above 150 so please ask prior to ordering
8. Errors – We take great care to eliminate errors by pasting the information but they can happen on either side, we will do our upmost best to correct these, if the error is ours this is done free of charge, if the error is yours we will always work with you to correct this at the lowest cost to you.
9. interpretation of details, occasionally if can be confusing with personalisation details sent to us, we will decipher this to the best of our abilities.
10. One design per order, we cannot accept multiple names per order due to many print runs / artwork, unless agreed first
11. Bespoke Designs are available and depending upon the design this is mostly free but a charge maybe applicable if the design is complex and needs several approvals.
12. These are our designs and we kindly advise other Sellers not to copy these as we have design rights
